Hire Teammates, Not Tools
Buying another AI tool gives you another tab to manage. Hiring an AI teammate gives you someone who owns the job. The difference is who does the remembering.

Most companies adopting AI are doing it one tool at a time. A writing tool for marketing. A notetaker for meetings. A chatbot for support. A research assistant for the analysts.
Each one is useful. Together they are a second job: logins, subscriptions, prompts to rewrite, answers to carry from one tab to another.
Tools wait for you. Teammates do not.
What a teammate is
